Documentation Needed

• Getting started guides

• Feature-specific tutorials

• API documentation

• Troubleshooting guides

• FAQ sections

• Video script writing

The product is a project management platform. Writers should be comfortable with:

• Software and technology concepts

• Step-by-step instruction writing

• Screenshots and visual aids

• User-friendly language


Volume

• Initial: 50+ articles needed

• Ongoing: 10-20 new/updated articles monthly

• Long-term relationship opportunity


Tools We Use

• Notion or similar for drafting

• Screenshot tools for visuals

• Style guide provided

- Technical writing experience (portfolio required)
